As of late, he has dedicated his leisure time to the Designer Toy Scene customizing on different platforms and accepting commission work from across the world. Besides designer toys, Shawn also works on a variety of other mediums consisting of illustrations, paintings, and sculptures. His work has been featured in publications, designer toy blogs, and even a television show. Some of his original artwork landed in homes across the U.S., but also Japan, Scotland, Germany, France, and Singapore are among a few other countries. As an artist with an OCD state of mind, he applies his abilities and talent at USOC Medical and believes quality work is the key to success. He refuses to ship an order back to the customer until it passes all quality control, functionality, and up to OEM standards. “Do it right the first time” is the saying he stands by. For his future, he hopes to continue traveling and exploring the world with his wife and one day raise a family of tech savvy and gifted little artists.

Department: Endoscopes Language: English About me: Born in sunny California… at a young age of 5 I would go with my Dad to work over the summer to the auto parts manufacturing business that my parents owned and that’s where I got my first taste of things mechanical. I have always tinkered around with things trying to find out how they worked and as I got older I had a huge interest in cars, hot rods and machinery and that’s when I decided to go to school to start my studies in Automotive Technology where I earned an A.S. Degree in that field. I decided not to become a mechanic at that time but instead used my knowledge for personal satisfaction. One of my first jobs was at a manufacturing plant where I was in charge of running and maintaining automation equipment. I then moved on to the engineering department to assist in the research and development of new manufacturing equipment. In the early Nineties is when I started my career learning to repair Medical Flexible Endoscopes. I have worked in this field now for over 25 years and have been involved through acquisitions with many other Endoscopy repair companies including Fibertech Medical, Surgicare services, Medsurge, One Source Services, GE Healthcare and now USOC Medical. I am very comfortable around Medical Endoscopes and their complexities and enjoy the challenges they can bring. I am a proud Father of my 10-year-old son Mikey and a responsible husband to my wife Teresa. One of our favorite things to do is take our Jack Russel and Miniature Dachshund for long walks, we also enjoy Camping, Boating, Water skiing and just being a couch potato and watching TV catching up on our favorite shows.   My favorite basketball team is the Clippers and favorite Football team is the 49’ers.

About me: Manvindar Singh; is more than just a name of an ordinary Sikh boy. He is a boy who faced many hardships to ultimately shape himself to be the person he is today. I come from a family of five, my parents, two brothers and myself. I originate from the Fiji Islands, which is scattered over 18,376 square kilometers of the South Pacific Ocean. Fiji is a multiracial country, with a population of approximately 780,000. Despite being surrounded by different races of people, I was raised in a traditional Indian household. I grew up eating the diverse Indian dishes from my ancestor’s country, speaking my mother tongue Hindi and dressing in common attire.  In year 2008, I moved to the United States with my family and since then I have worked hard to assist them to a start a new life in this new country. After completing my studies, I became a team player of USOC Bio-Medical Service.  Apart from this career life, not only I love listening to music, riding bike, driving, exploring new places, but also hiking and playing soccer are some for my pleasurable pastime activities that I enjoy doing in my life. About me: Stephen Started working in the biomedical field in 2008, after working in the industry for several years he was given the opportunity to come on board as the first technician at USOC Medical. As well as obtaining several Technical Certifications in the field of biomedical technology, he strives to always gain knowledge of the Biomed industry and the newest products being released by the top brands such as Philips and GE. Although Stephen Specializes in Philips and GE Telemetry repairs he has a vast knowledge of a wide variety of patient monitoring devices such as MMS modules, fetal transducers, Intellivue monitors and all patient cables. As the lead technician at USOC Medical Stephen is always working hard to make the biomed’s life easier and is always available for tech support.
