About me: I was born and raised in Huntington Beach. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from USC (University of Southern California). My professional background includes over 20 years experience in pharmaceutical and biomedical sales. About me: Ali Youssef is the Owner and Lead Engineer at USOC Medical. Along with many Advanced Technical Certifications, Ali has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics from the University of California in Irvine. He is also currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Electronics at UCI while still remaining an instrumental part of USOC Medical. Being an integral part of the growth of other Biomedical Repair Facilities throughout the years, Ali was able to see from within the industry what does and does not work in producing a successful Biomedical Engineering business, which motivated him further to pursue his goal of owning and operating USOC Medical. The Father of two is always waiting for his next challenge. His passion for his work and the love for his family is what makes USOC Medical the industry example that sets the bar sky high.

About me: My name is Marciano Cagatan, but everyone knows me by Martian or MJ. I have been living in Southern Orange County since I was young, but raised in the Philippines for 5 years. USOC has expanded my understanding on electronics and improved my expertise in this field. I am currently working in the Modules department where I can utilize my current knowledge and apply them in the work environment. I am currently attending college to pursue a degree in Engineering. On my free time I like to do anything that involves being active or learning something new. About me: My name is Juan I. Pacheco-Soto. Working for USOC Medical has improved my knowledge in the Bio-Medical industry tremendously. All colleagues of mine are very knowledgeable and well experienced in every aspect in the industry. Coming to work is like going back to college. Everyday is a new learning experience. I was born and raised in Southern California, close to some of the best beaches California has to offer. On my free time I like riding my bike to the beach, take long hikes in state parks, and also like catching up on my history channel.

For this reason, I will be enrolling in a Solidworks class along with a welding and fabricating class at OCC next semester. I consider myself a car enthusiast which is why driving and modifying my car is my passion. I enjoy investing time to learn what I can improve on it. Watching the incremental progress of my car’s performance has shown me the importance of patience and perseverance, two qualities that possess extreme importance when seeking to repair and calibrate a blender.

As of late, he has dedicated his leisure time to the Designer Toy Scene customizing on different platforms and accepting commission work from across the world. Besides designer toys, Shawn also works on a variety of other mediums consisting of illustrations, paintings, and sculptures. His work has been featured in publications, designer toy blogs, and even a television show. Some of his original artwork landed in homes across the U.S., but also Japan, Scotland, Germany, France, and Singapore are among a few other countries. As an artist with an OCD state of mind, he applies his abilities and talent at USOC Medical and believes quality work is the key to success. He refuses to ship an order back to the customer until it passes all quality control, functionality, and up to OEM standards. “Do it right the first time” is the saying he stands by. For his future, he hopes to continue traveling and exploring the world with his wife and one day raise a family of tech savvy and gifted little artists.

My passion for working hard and successfully getting my job done, has giving me great opportunities. I have a lovely family of three my beautiful wife and my loving two kids, Damien & Dominic. On my off time my true happiness is playing soccer. I play for a few groups such as YMCA, Costa Mesa men’s league, and Newport Beach Soccer league. Formerly an X-ray/Ultrasound tech, I joined the Endoscopy team at Fibertech, then GE Healthcare to Tenacore, and now, tadahhh, here, so I guess you can say I have a few years under my belt, (but who’s counting?!!). I have 2 kids, my son, 29, who pulls the Down Syndrome card only when he doesn’t want to do what he’s asked, a 24 yr. old daughter (go UCLA grad!!), and a Samoan boyfriend who’s the best cook in town (hence my expanding waistline). About me: Stephen Started working in the biomedical field in 2008, after working in the industry for several years he was given the opportunity to come on board as the first technician at USOC Medical. As well as obtaining several Technical Certifications in the field of biomedical technology, he strives to always gain knowledge of the Biomed industry and the newest products being released by the top brands such as Philips and GE. Although Stephen Specializes in Philips and GE Telemetry repairs he has a vast knowledge of a wide variety of patient monitoring devices such as MMS modules, fetal transducers, Intellivue monitors and all patient cables. As the lead technician at USOC Medical Stephen is always working hard to make the biomed’s life easier and is always available for tech support.
